Legal Notice & Terms of Sale

By purchasing goods from Prime Court Distribution, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, including the Consumer Protection Act, 68 of 2008 ("CPA"), where applicable.

1. Product Information

We make every reasonable effort to ensure that product descriptions, specifications, pricing and images are accurate. However, errors and omissions may occur. We reserve the right to correct any errors, update information, or cancel orders where pricing or product information has been published incorrectly.

2. Pricing

All prices are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

3. Payment

Ownership of all goods remains with Prime Court Distribution until full payment has been received and cleared.

4. Risk

Risk in the goods passes to the customer upon collection or delivery of the goods.

5. Warranty

Products are covered by the manufacturer's warranty where applicable. Warranty claims are subject to the manufacturer's terms and do not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Protection Act.

Warranty does not cover:

Normal wear and tear
Misuse or abuse
Accidental damage
Improper installation or assembly
Failure to follow manufacturer instructions
Unauthorised repairs or modifications

6. Returns

Returns are handled in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy and the Consumer Protection Act.

Customers do not have an automatic right to return correctly supplied, non-defective goods purchased in-store simply because they have changed their mind.

Nothing in this notice limits or excludes any rights granted to consumers under the Consumer Protection Act.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Prime Court Distribution shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages arising from the use or misuse of any product supplied.

Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product concerned, except where liability cannot legally be excluded under South African law.

8. Product Use

Customers are responsible for ensuring that products are suitable for their intended purpose and are used safely and in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions.

Protective sporting equipment helps reduce the risk of injury but cannot eliminate it completely. Participation in sporting activities carries inherent risks.

9. Privacy

Any personal information collected will be processed in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act, 4 of 2013 (POPIA), and will only be used for legitimate business purposes.
